First of 2023 - Lifestyle + Wrapped Newborn

Once December hits and I have been running like a mad woman for a few months I am so ready for some down time with minimal sessions...if any! Come January I start to miss cuddling those cute little babies and get eager for my first newborn sessions of the year.

What a fun in-home newborn session today was! Tons of laughs and overall great conversation with parents about how they met, what they do and all the fun/not so fun things about brining home a new baby entails.

Per the usual for Pittsburgh, it was a very dreary and gloomy day so for the lifestyle portion of their session we stuck to just a couple spots in their house where we could get some great light! I had to incorporate their nursery though as much as possible since the theme was just amazing and brought such creative inspiration for the wrapped portion of their session.

Whenever possible I like to incorporate items or themes from around the home for the wrapped sessions. It just helps personalize a session and truthfully, my creative brain loves it! Thankfully this family had a plethora of great items to work with.
